Bollywood being the most talked about industry. The most frequently talked about relationships are being siblings in the industry they are as melo dramatic and different as the films they star in. These siblings have had their share of highs and low’s the industry has witnessed both flourishing sibling partnerships and strained relationships among its famous clan. Whilst some of them have a more successful career in Bollywood than their siblings they still continue to change the narrative by putting in the hard-work and focusing solely on their goals and achievements.

An actress, model, and businesswoman Shilpa Shetty is definitely a boss lady with a multitalented personality in the industry. She began her career in Bollywood in the early 1990s with her thriller debut movie Baazigar in (1993) and gained her first film fare nomination award for best actress in a supporting role for it. She had intermittent success after that with films like Dhadkan, (2000) Mei Khiladi Tu Anari, (1994) Janwar (1999). She also won the British reality television series "Celebrity Big Brother" in (2007), which widen her international appeal and made her into an overnight sensation. In addition to acting, she has ventured into entrepreneurship in health and wellness, including a yoga and fitness app. Shilpa Shetty has appeared in over 60 films in various different languages . While making her mark with her latest 0TT debut being Indian Police Force (2024). She has had a prolific career spanning several decades in the Indian film industry.

On the contrary Shamita Shetty's career graph has had its share of pro’s and con’s. After her debut in Mohabbatein in (2000), she appeared in several films during her span in Bollywood while experiencing moderate success. However, her career didn't reach to the same heights as her sister Shilpa's. In the 2000’s she took a stepback from acting to explore other opportunities. Despite returning to the industry with occasional film roles and reality TV appearances, she hasn't achieved the same level of success as some of her colleague. Nonetheless her career graph showcase resilience, while she hasn't been as acknowledged as her sister Shilpa Shetty in terms of the number of films, Shamita has appeared in a number of noticeable movies such as Zeher, Fareb and Bewafaa (2005). Her breakthrough came with Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin (1991), and Sadak (1991), After making a mark with films like Daddy (1989) Pooja Bhatt faced challenges in maintaining her position as a leading actress. Additionally, her directorial ventures such as Paap (2003) and Holiday (2006), received mixed reviews and didn't achieve significant commercial success. This period could be considered a downturn in her career as a director. However, Pooja Bhatt has remained active in the industry, in different capacities. She has continued to explore her talents in bollywood as well as her involvement in other causes. While she may not be as actively seen in Bollywood as she once was, Pooja Bhatt's involvement to Indian cinema and her resilience in the face of challenges are still noteworthy, Her stint on reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2 (2023) as a contestant and 4th runner up also garnered some mixed reviews. She was currently seen in Amazon’s Big Girls Don’t Cry which released in (2024).

KATRINA KAIF & ISABELL KAIF


Katrina Kaif's journey in Bollywood has been one of perseverance, growth, and success. She began her career with a string of modeling assignments before making her acting debut in the film Boom in 2003. Like many actors, Amrita Arora has also experienced highs and lows in her career graph, However, she has continued to explore opportunities in various mediums with her given talent and achievements. She may not have been in the media glare as frequently in recent years But Amrita Arora remains active in the entertainment industry and socially.

ANIL KAPOOR & SANJAY KAPOOR

Additionally, his international ventures, like "Slumdog Millionaire" and the TV series "24," have further showcased his talent on a global stage. He has also ventured into producing films and has been actively involved in promoting young talent in the industry. Yet Sanjay Kapoor brother of Anil Kapoor has had a fluctuating career graph. He made his debut with Prem in (1995) which didn't do well. However, he gained attention with Raja (1995) and Sirf Tum (1999). Chhupa Rastum (2021) also being averagely successful he hasn't maintained consistent momentum in his career. He's also ventured into television and produced films, with Tv and web shows like Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara (2017), Fame Game, (2022) but still his prominence in Bollywood has been variable.

His career graph in Bollywood can be attributed to a combination of factors such as inconsistent film choices, lack of impactful roles, and stiff competition from other actors. Despite some initial successes, he struggled to maintain a strong presence in the industry, leading to a decline in his career trajectory. Additionally, changing audience preferences and shifts in the industry landscape may have also played a role in his diminishing popularity.

RISHI KAPOOR & RAJIV KAPOOR


Rishi Kapoor had a unbeatable victorious career spread over five decades in the Indian film industry. His debut movie as a child artist was film Mera Naam Joker (1970). His name to fame started as a romantic lead in the films like Bobby (1973), Amar Akbar Anthony (1977), and Karz (1980).

He later evolved to character roles with significant performances in movies like Damini (1993) and Do Dooni Chaar (2010). He continued to impress audiences with his acting and charisma , earning accolades for his roles in movies like Kapoor & Son (2016) and 102 Not Out (2018). Throughout his career, Rishi Kapoor remained a well known beloved figure in Indian cinema, His last movie Sharmaji Namkeen (2022 )was loved by everyone for the simplicity and portrayal of the character with such ease, His sudden demise was a great loss to the film industry, but his legacy still continues to live on through his memorable performances on screen.

Also on the other hand Rajiv Kapoor, the youngest son of Raj Kapoor, had a relatively short span of career in Bollywood compared to his older brothers Rishi and Randhir Kapoor. His debut movie was with the film Ek Jaan Hain Hum in (1983). However, he got noticed through the romantic film Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985), which was directed by his father Raj Kapoor.

Despite there being an initial success of Ram Teri Ganga Maili, Rajiv Kapoor's following films didn't perform that well at the box office. He list of movies also included  Aasmaan (1984), Lover Boy (1985), and Zabardast (1985), but none of them managed to establish him as a leading actor in Bollywood.

After a few more films and trying his luck Rajiv Kapoor eventually shifted his focus to behind the scene work in the film industry. His directorial film Prem Granth in (1996) also didn’t do much of a magic for him. While his acting career may not have reached the same heights as his father or brothers, Rajiv Kapoor’s contribution will always remain in the Kapoor family's legacy in Bollywood.

VICKY KAUSHAL & SUNNY KAUSHAL


Vicky Kaushal's career has been made on solely hard work and determination . His debut movie got him alot of critical acclaimed Masaan in (2015), Sine then he appeared in various films, be it his role in Raazi (2018) that got the attention. While his portrayal of Kamli in Sanju (2018) got him to stardom, showcasing his skillfull talent and acting. Since then, he has delivered many memorable performances in films like Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019), for which he recited the National Film Award for Best Actor, and Manmarziyaan (2018). And the list for his successful bollywood film career continues there after with Sardar Udham Singh (2021) the romantic comedy Zara Hatke Zara Bachke the biopic Sam Bahadur and the comedy-drama Dunki (all 2023). The last of these won him another Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. Vicky Kaushal's career continues to soar high, with his commitment to his work and his strong observing skills to pick the right roles and to get into the skin of the character has got him acclaim from audiences and critics alike.

Meanwhile Sunny Kaushal, the younger brother of Vicky Kaushal, has been trying to making a name for himself in Bollywood. His made debut movie was Sunshine Music Tours and Travels in (2016). However, it was his role in Gold (2018) alongside Akshay Kumar that brought him recognition. Sunny has also featured in films like Bhangra Paa Le (2020) and Shiddat (2021), Hurdang (2022) Chor Nikal kei Bhaaga (2023) showcasing his talent and potential as an actor. He will also be seen next in romantic thriller Phir Aayi Hasseen Dilruba, While he may still be establishing himself in the industry, his performances have also got attention, but he is yet to make a mark in Bollywood like his brother Vicky Kaushal.

SALMAN KHAN & SOHAIL KHAN


Salman Khan's career in Bollywood has been one of the most consistent and successful . His debut movie was Biwi Ho To Aisi in (1988) but then he gained recognition with his breathtaking performance in Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), which became film of the year and earned him a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
