Shardul Pandit graduated from the International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS) Indore with an MBA in Advertising and Public Relations. He began working for Radio Mirchi as a radio jockey. Pandit performed on the radio nonstop for 19 hours before being inducted into the Limca Book of Records.
After working in radio, Shardul Pandit made his acting debut in the hit series Bandini on NDTV Imagine, costarring in the major roles with Ronit Roy and Aasiya Kazi. He also made appearances in Godh Bharaai and Kitani Mohabbat Hai (season 2).
Shardul Pandit relocated to Dubai in 2012 to work for Radio Mirchi International as an RJ. But in 2015, he went back to Mumbai to work for 9XM as a VJ. In addition, Pandit provided commentary for the Box Cricket League (BCL).
Shardul Pandit was chosen for the 2017 &TV series Kuldeepak in a co-lead role with Keerti Nagpure. Viewers applauded his part and Nagpure's coupling.
