Indian parents gave birth to Taha Shah in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Indian state of Tamil Nadu is home to orthopedic physician Shah Sikkander Badusha. Indian scientist Mahnaz Sikkander Badusha, his mother, is originally from Karnataka. He has an older brother named Abid who is a University of Toronto Lead Civil Engineer. Taha attended schools in two different nations: Kodaikanal International School in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, and Sherwood Academy in Abu Dhabi. Afterwards, he finished his education at Sharjah American International School and the International School of Choueifat. Taha then enrolled in a Business Administration degree at the American University of Sharjah, however she eventually withdrew from the school. Since 2006, Taha has been actively involved in a number of industries, including real estate, construction, human resource management, and the provision of building materials. Shah gave up on his idea to import steel after the recession as it was supposed to be a lucrative endeavor before it hit him.
Actor Taha Shah Badussha was born in India on November 19, 1987, and mostly works in Hindi cinema. His first role was in the romantic comedy Luv Ka The End from Y-Films (2011). He next starred in the comedy-drama Gippi (2013). Shah rose to fame in 2024 as a result of the Netflix series Heeramandi.
He eventually decided to pursue acting full-time when he traveled to Toronto, Canada, on New Year's Eve 2009 to see his brother. Afterwards, he was admitted to the New York Film Academy (NYFA) located in Abu Dhabi. While studying in Abu Dhabi, Taha also picked up acting skills. Taha's father felt that Taha ought to travel to Mumbai before he finished his remaining coursework in Los Angeles, after he had spent six months at NYFA. His mother also concurred, and two weeks later, in September 2009, Taha traveled to Mumbai for a two-day visit with his family, spending an additional night there coincidentally. He practiced dance and martial arts for several hours while in Mumbai.
Nine months later, Taha got a deal with Y-Films for his feature debut, Luv Ka The End. He was given the first-ever part in the young genre—that of an antihero. In Dharma Productions' 2013 film Gippi, which debuted on May 10, 2013, he had a second appearance. Karan Johar remarked of Taha, "He has a strong screen presence that combines machismo and vulnerability," after Taha's performance won praise. He will undoubtedly have a fantastic run at the box office." According to Ramesh S. Taurani, Taha "has the potential to be someone who is here to stay after two consecutive strong performances."
