On April 20, Kadambari was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, into a Hindu Sindhi Jethwani family. Her parents were Asha, a manager at the Reserve Bank of India and gold medallist in economics, and Narendrakumar, an officer in the Merchant Navy. Renowned social worker was her maternal grandpa. She attended the prestigious Prakash Higher Secondary School, Mount Carmel High School, and Udgam School in Ahmedabad for her schooling. At the age of twelve, she also earned her Visharad (B.A.) in Bharatnatyam after successfully completing a seven-year program. She was an exceptional student who excelled in the Higher Secondary Exams. She then moved on to the prestigious Smt NHL Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad to earn her M.B.B.S. degree.
After a fortuitous encounter with the filmmaker, he was cast in the lead part of the Hindi film "Sadda Adda" (as Kahkkashan Aryan). Despite having no prior experience or contacts in the film industry, she went on to appear in Ouija (Kannada), Aata (Telugu), I Love Me (Malayalam), and Oh Yaara Ainvayi Ainvayi Lut Gaya (Punjabi). She quickly gained recognition as a formidable actor with a natural ability to emote, as well as for her lovely features and traditional Indian good looks that turned heads when captured on video.
