Since then, she has starred in financially successful movies including Edakkad Battalion 06 2019, Kalki 2019, Bimbisara 2022, Gaalipata 2 2022, Vaathi 2023, and Virupaksha 2023.

In the Malayalam film Popcorn (2016), Samyuktha made her screen debut as Shine Tom Chacko's romantic interest, Anjana.

She played Thenmozhi in the action thriller Kalari, which was released in Tamil. She was chosen to play the lead in the 2018 Indian revenge thriller Lilli, which was written and directed by Prasobh Vijayan, a debutante. Tamil romantic comedy film July Kaatril was announced towards the end of 2017. 2018 saw the project's release. She had a brief cameo in Uyare, where she played Tessa, who once more shared screen time with Tovino Thomas. Samyuktha portrayed the sidekick of Shivajith Padmanabhan in the 2019 action film Kalki, which was directed by Praveen Prabharam and starred Tovino Thomas. Later, she was chosen for the February 2022 release of Bheemla Nayak. She made her Kannada cinema debut in the August 2022 movie Gaalipata 2.
