g Siddharth Roy Kapur, the CEO of UTV Motion Pictures, briefly.  On 14th December 2012, she was married to Captain Arvind Singh Bagga, a pilot with Alliance Air.  He died in an unfortunate incident when his flight, Alliance Air Flight 7412, crashed over a building in Patna in 2000.   After nine years, she remarried Sanjay Dayma who was working with Ashutosh Gowariker on the Oscar-nominated film Lagaan, wherein he worked as the screenplay writer and Associate Director.Vidya Malvade has always focused on a healthy diet which supports her active lifestyle and her overall well-being.  She gives emphasis on nutrient-dense meals with lean proteins and whole grains, with fresh veggies.   She is fond of consuming ginger tea, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to aid her digestion.  Particularly about pineapple juice to help with the colds.  She shared her eating habits and her healthy dietary regimen with easy and quick recipes. Her belief is in eating with awareness, focusing on the nutritional values and eating mindfully.  She has her own home remedies for her minor ailments that have helped effectively.   Her favourite snacks are nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts, hazel nuts or Brazil nuts that are her favourites.Some of the favourites of Vidya Malvade are her passion for yoga and fitness.  She dedicates time to her well-being and often sharing her yoga practice on social media. Besides, Yoga Vidya enjoys exploring new places of her interest and loves baking.Vidya Malvade is a dedicated Yogini who regularly practices Yoga and teaches too. She has completed a formal teacher’s training in Yoga under her guru. Other times, she enjoys workouts and weighted exercises too.  Her travel is mainly for exploring various cultures and discovering new which is one of her passions.
