Dulal Guha (1929–2001), born in Barisal city, was an Indian film director who worked in Bollywood during the 1960s and '70s. Sadly, his father Ruhini Guha passed away when Dulal was just a month old. However, his uncle Harendra Lal Guha took care of him. Dulal Guha directed several films featuring Dharmendra as the lead actor and played a crucial role in establishing Dharmendra's popular "garam-dharam" image through the successful movie Pratigya.
