Lisa Mishra is best known for the new version of the song Tareefan in the 2018 film Veere Di Wedding.   She has also worked on songs like The Wakhra song, Judgmental Hai Kya in 2019 is her most recent  Nadaaniyan from the film The Sky is Pink and the party anthem ‘Chandigarh Mein’ from Good Newwz.

Lisa made her debut as an actress in the series called Call Me Bae in 2024, which is produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions.

In 2017, Mishra collaborated to create a theme song for the Emmy-nominated series with Jamila Woods in the web series Brown Girls.  In May 2018, she uploaded her Instagram handle singing the mashup of the Hindi song Tareefan and Let Me Love You.  The mash-up caught the attention of actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, who flew Lisa down to Mumbai to reprise the new version of the song for the Veere Di Wedding along with the other stars of the film.

Lisa Mishra was signed by VYRL Originals in 2019 as a part of the Universal Music India for the non-film music album .She collaborated with composer singer Vishal Mishra on ‘Sajna Ve . Lisa also has sung, ‘Running Back to You’ on an up-tempo dance record by DJ Anish Sood , a Goa based producer which was released in 2020 February. Lisa Mishra’s   ‘Sorry I’m Late’ was released in May 2024,  it was a blend of Indian and Western pop.

Lisa Mishra, an Odia singer and songwriter, gained recognition for her rendition of the song "Tareefan" in the 2018 Indian film Veere Di Wedding. Her contributions expanded to other Bollywood hits such as "The Wakhra Song" from Judgementall Hai Kya and "Chandigarh Mein" from Good Newwz.
