Sidhaant Sachdev, the National Award-winning theatre stalwart of Hansraj College, Delhi University, has already trodden some of India's leading international theatre platforms as a representative of India. His passion for narration and visuals has established him as one of the most dynamic young filmmakers today.

He began his journey in cinema with Mohit Suri, working as an Assistant Director (Creative & Music) and Chief Assistant Director on the blockbuster films like Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, and Hamari Adhuri Kahani. His complete understanding of storytelling, music, and aesthetics created the platform for his direction success.

Milestones in Digital Entertainment

Sidhaant became prominent in the web entertainment sector, being shortlisted as one of the youngest directors in the Top 5 for Best Director – Web Series at the 17th Indian Television Academy (ITA) Awards.

With a diverse body of work that includes seven web originals, he has collaborated with top platforms including JioCinema, SonyLIV, and Voot. His psychological thriller 'Gehraiyaan' broke international boundaries by being ranked in the Top 12 Most Horrifying Web Series in the World, thus making him an innovative and risky filmmaker.

Influence on the Music Industry

Sidhaant has directed 60+ prestigious music videos, with many renowned artists including Ankit Tiwari, Prince Narula, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Rahul Vaidya.

Sidhaant was awarded Best Director (Music - Non-Film) at the 19th ITA Awards in 2023 for Yaad Teri and Jayaz, both of which star Rahul Vaidya.

Sidhaant is currently directing the highly anticipated horror-comedy 'The Bhootnii' with a star-studded cast of Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Singh, Mouni Roy, Palak Tiwari, Aasif Khan, and Beyounick.
