10 Nahi 40 is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Social-Drama Film crafted with excellence by Dr. J S Randhawa. The Story revolves around the life of Sumit- a kind man living in a Building gets irritated and disturbed by the nagging behavior of old people in his neighborhoods- he keeps having arguments with them. However, his sister in law Aashi whom he loves a lot is involved always in the welfare and care of the elderly and she changes his views for the elders, leading to consequences.
