In Palampur, India a huge mansion is awaiting demolition and a hotel is planned on being made in its place. However, whenever an engineer begins work at the mansion he is mysteriously killed. After 2 engineers get killed the third one is assigned the job. His name is Arjun, a devoted Hanuman disciple. He marries his girlfriend Lisa and begins staying at the mansion. However they start noticing strange things happening at the house. Lisa consults the town priest who feels a strong evil presence.
One day after a short trip Arjun returns to find Lisa sick and unable to eat or drink. She starts behaving in a bizarre manner too. It is then revealed that centuries ago a man called Mohan Kant was killed there and his spirit lived there ever since. The same spirit seems to have possessed Lisa. Arjun holds Lisa and chants the Hanuman Chalisa and the spirit struggles and gets out of her.
The movie is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Surendra Sharma, Bhagwati Gabrani and Amita Bishnoi. The star cast includes Rajneesh Duggal, Adah Sharma, Indraneil Sengupta and Anjori Alagh. The music is composed by Adnan Sami and Salim-Sulaiman.
