The story of 42 Kms revolves around a group of people who are unrelated and strangers to each other, however one competition binds them together. Sanjana feels dehjected and heart broken as her husband Lokesh not only doesn’t give her love and attention anymore but is also having an affair. Ravi Anand works hard on his body to get into physical shape to attract more investors from abroad. Sameer has always been arrogant and stubborn and gets what he wants, but this time he has made up his mind to change only for winning his love Divya.
Somewhere else, Raju leaves his widowed father to marry the love of his life Sumitra, while Sanjeev Mitra wants to prove to the world that despite having cancer and an amputated leg he can achieve what he desires. All these people come together to participate in a marathon that is 42 Kms long. The movie is directed by Nisha Chainani and produced by Vicky Tejwani and Kailash Raj Gandhi. The music is composed by Parik and Tubby.
