Mansi, played by Mauli Ganguly, works as a young councilor. Her clients come from all walks of life and from various professions. Being in the counseling profession, Mansi is forbidden from sharing or discussing anything about her clients to a third person or outsider, as part of the ethics. However, being a sensitive person, she is unable to contain so much pain and misery passed on to her from her disturbed clients. Her heart aches and she tries her best to help them and not get affected in return but that is somehow not always possible for her.
Mansi thus has devised a technique to get relief by penning her thoughts in a diary in 68 pages. In this diary there is the mention of her clients who include Nishit- a drug user, Paayal-a sex worker, Kiran-a gay man, Umrao-a transgender working as a bar dancer and many more. Her memoirs and interaction with each client is touching yet disturbing as they share their deepest and darkest secrets with Mansi.
The movie is directed by Sridhar Rangayan and produced by Humsafar Trust. The star cast includes Joy Sengupta, Jayati Bhatia, Zafar Karachiwala and Uday Sonawane.
