Mrs. Dhillon, played by Amrita Singh is a religious Punjabi woman who lives with her two sons Aman, played by Tiger Shroff and Rohit, played by Gaurav Pandey. Aman teaches Martial Arts in a local school. He is besotted by another fellow teacher named Kirti, played by Jacqueline Fernandez, but afraid to tell her.
Mr. Malhotra, played by Kay Kay Menon is a wealthy business man whose factory is constant dumping toxic chemical waste into a nearby lake. He however wants to built a bridge around it to make transportation and business faster. The problem is, the other side of the has a huge sacred tree on a land belonging to Mrs. Malhotra. Unable to convince her to cut the tree, he sends his assailant called Raka to do the needful.
While Raka is about to chop down the tree with a saw, Aman stops him and gets beaten in the bargain. Infuriated at the hindrance, Raka tries to kill Aman with the saw when lighting strikes and Aman goes unconscious. He wakes up in his bed the next day thinking it was all a dream. He suddenly develops unexplainable superpowers with a Khanda symbol on his back. His mother notices this calling him a superhero, with the name Flying Jatt after Aman’s father.
Rohit gets killed fighting Raka and Aman swears to finish Raka giving relief to all the people he has tormented. He finally kills Raka with his Kara outside Earth on an asteroid. A Flying Jatt is directed by Remo D’Souza and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The music is composed by Sachin-Jigar.
