Vijay and Sharath are brothers living harmoniously together. Vijay is married to Ganga and has a daughter, while Sharath is still studying. He meets a fellow collegian Poonam and both get married after completing their studies. A few months later Poonam is devastated to know that she cannot conceive children. All hell breaks loose and their happy home turns into a sad abode. Ganga however decides to give her child to Poonam to care for. The couple is elated at Ganga’s generosity. Soon Sharath gets a new well paying job and moves out of town. He starts doing very well and buys a huge villa, car and has servants. Ganga one day goes to Sharath to ask for money to renovate the temple but he flatly refuses her. She is saddened by his behavior and takes her child and leaves. Sharath and Poonam soon move into a smaller home and are depressed at losing their child. Vijay sees that Ganga has taken money from the lottery and is living the good life. He is furious and disowns her.

 

Meanwhile Ganga realizes her mistake and in guilt strikes her head with a metal rod and bleeds. Sharath, Poonam and Vijay come to her rescue and save her and they all unite happily. The film is directed by J Om Prakash and produced by Filmyug. The music is composed by Nadeem Shravan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay is written by Ram Kelkar. The star cast includes Jeetendra,Govinda, Meenakshi Sheshadri, Laxmikant Berde, Dalip Tahil, Anjan Shrivastav, Mukesh Rawal, Sushmeeta Mukherji and Sulbha Deshpande.
