Priya teaches in Love Dale school as a primary teacher. She along with 11 of her class students decide to participate in an inter-school competition and thus travel out of town. On the way in the bus, they are stopped by a group of masked men and abducted. The children and teachers are taken hostage for a ramsom. Somehow they manage to escape and take refuge with a kind forest officer named Ranjit Singh and his wife Jaswanti. However the men locate the kids and kill Ranjit and his wife. The children and Priya are once again at the mercy of the masked gangsters.
The film is directed by Vinod K Verma and produced by B Subhash. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The screenplay is written by Dharam Vir Ram and Nayyar Jehan. The cinematography is by Dilip gupta and the choreography is by Vijay Oscar. The star cast includes Om Shivpuri, Archana Puran Singh, Neeta Puri, R S Malik, Raza Murad, Hemant Birje, Sarla Yeolekar and Rohini Hattangadi.
