Verendra Saxena is found dead and his charming secretary Kiranmala, who is rumored to also be his lover has been charged with his murder. She is the main suspect in the case as his body was burnt and thrown off the 25 th floor of her apartment. The prosecution presents its case in court that Kiaranmala was given a luxurious house to stay in and given a lot of other amenities to live life comfortably. When he decided to marry another woman named Monica and start life afresh, he dismissed Kiranmala from his job, which automatically took away her luxuries and financial security. Thus she killed him to take revenge. The defense lawyer however presents his side of the story where she was a devoted lover and would do anything for him even die for him if need be, how could she have killed him. The film is directed by Kalidas and produced by Ashok Kumar Rawat. The music is composed by Rajesh Roshan. The star cast includes Ashok Kumar, Vijayendra Ghatge, Zarina Wahab,
