Gulzar is desperate to find out his ancestry and wants to know his biological father’s name. This not only creates a lot of doubts about him in people’s mind but also takes away some of the respect for him. Gulzar due to now having his father’s name attached to him, didn’t get the respect he so longed for. His love interest was Sitara who hoped that love conquers all and your ancestors name didn’t matter much. But to her shock it did and the society we live in, didn’t care much for love. The film is directed by Hiren Nag and produced by Lallan. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Vikram, Asha Parekh, Zarina Wahab, Nadira, Ajit, Shreeram Lagoo, Shaukat, Azmi, Murad and Jagdeep.
