K.K has lived a life womanizing and lusting after women. He has two grandsons named Ashok and Vimal who are smart and independent. Ashok falls in love with Ganga and soon they plan to marry. However before he could propose marriage to her, he is shocked by the turn of events. Ganga goes to the cops and complaints against Ashok of sexual harassment against her. Things turn ugly and he begs her to take her case back but she refuses. He then pays her a hefty amount hoping he will never see her face again. Meanwhile K.K brings home a young girl named Deepa and wants Ashok to marry her but she falls for his brother Vimal. Turns out that Vimal has been spending time with a courtesan and she is non other than Ganga herself.
The film is directed and produced by J Om Prakash. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal and the story is written by Sachin Bhowmik. The star cast includes Anil Kapoor, Vinod Mehra, Smita Patil, Rati Agnihotri, Utpal Dutt, Jagirdar, Pinchoo Kapoor, Sunder, Yunus Perwaiz, Amrish Puri, Aruna Irani, Huma Khan and Renu Joshi.
