Shekhar Khosla works as an ordinary accounts excecutive and lives a middle class life. He is a play boy and a womanizer and has an on and off affair with a cabaret dancer. Meanwhile his boss gives him an ultimatum to prove himself as a good employee and hands him a wealthy client named Veena. Soon Shekhar takes the opputunity and not only is successful is seducing Veena but also manages to marry her. A few days later Shekhar continues his affair with his secretary Anu without anyone having any suspicions. However Veena is a curious and smart woman, who soon realizes what Shekhar has been up to. She warns Shekhar of dire consequences if he doesn’t change his womanizing ways.
Anu and Shekhar have had enough of Veena and decide to eliminate her together. After killing her, Shekhar comes to know that Anu does not really love him but is having an affair with someone else. Things take an ugly turn when the police find evidence linking Shekhar to the murder of Veena. The movie is directed and produced by Ketan Mehta. The music is composed by Viju Shah and the lyrics are written by Viju Shah. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Deepa Sahi, Ritu Shivpuri, Kamal Sidhu, Paresh Rawal, Ajit Vachhani, Harish Patel, Satish Shah and Manik.
