Karan, played by Sonu Sood is deeply besotted by Sneha, played by Tanushree Dutta, but doesn’t have the courage to confess his feelings to her. He has been in love with her ever since he got to know her but is now content seeing her happy and smile, but cannot muster up the courage to tell her his feelings. One day while the two friends attend a party Sneha is introduced to Karan’s old friend Vicky, played by Emraan Hashmi, who is a notorious flirt and a charmer. Sneha finds herself attracted to Vicky instantly.
Karan tries to keep Vicky away from Sneha but he claims to have fallen in love with her. Karan is now devastated to have lost the only girl he ever loved. Vicky meanwhile sets up Karan with another girl Chandni. Things seem to be almost falling in place when Sneha catches Vicky cheating on her with Chandni. She is heartbroken and devastated at his behavior. Vicky however is apologetic and obsessively tries to get Sneha back but Karan intervenes and tells him to back off. He harasses Sneha with messages, calls, pounding on her door and throwing stones at her window. Finally Vicky is arrested and put in jail.
Meanwhile Karan finally proposes to Sneha and they are about to be engaged. Just then Vicky is released from jail and along with Chandi come to confront Sneha. Chandni then confesses that on Karan’s behest she drugged Vicky so Sneha would get the wrong idea about him and Chandni. Karan was the one messaging and calling from Vicky’s phone. Sneha is horrified to learn the truth. She finally confesses her love to Vicky.
