Hari Prasad is a wealthy man who lives with his wife and son Mohan. Although he has been a hardworking man and built his empire on his own, his son is quite the opposite. Mohan seems to be least interested in studies or his father’s business. He enjoys spending money on friends and parties. Having had enough of his unruly behavior, Hari decides to send his son off to his friend Major Prem in Kullu Manali to teach him some discipline and also gain work experience. Mohan agrees but decides to take his friend Sohan along without the knowledge of his father.
Mohan also asks Sohan to impersonate him so he can have fun. Sohan thus becomes Mohan and meets Prem and his daughter Malti, who he falls in love with. Meanwhile Mohan is arrested for a murder of a girl called Esha. He begs that he didn’t commit the crime but to no avail. Soon Sohan hears of this and tells the cops that he committed the murder. Things are about to get more and more complicated.
The movie is directed by Ajay Kashyap and produced by M C Bokadia. The music is composed by Dilip Sen,Sameer Sen, and the lyrics are written by Nawab Arzoo. The star cast includes Harish Kumar, Abhishek Kapoor, Monika Bedi,Ayesha Jhulka, Prem Chopra,Vikas Anand,MohnishBahl,Raza Murad,Tiku Talsania,Shyam Solanki, Viju Khote,K K Raj, Maya Alagh, Upasana Singh, Beena Banerjee and Sanam.
