Kumar is a hard working and intelligent man, who has acquired his name and wealth with honesty. He gains tremendous success in life and leads a happy life. His look-a- like Chandan, is highly jealous of Kumar and wants to experience the riches and fame. So he hatches a sinister plan to take Kumar’s place and enjoy his success. When he goes to Kumar’s house one day, his welcomes him with open arms and does not suspect a thing. The family dog however has smelt something fishy and will not accept Chandan as his master. His girlfriend too finds something odd about him. The film is directed by Toni and produced by Tito. The music is composed by Anu Malik. The star cast includes Rajeev Kapoor, Tina Munim, Diya Rana, Arun Govil, Roopesh Kumar and Mala Sinha.
