The border between India and Pakistan is plagued with terrorists and their illegal activities. While their agitation to free Kashmir never seems to stop, The Home Minister’s life is in danger and he being targeted. Soon the police get some clues and information, and barge into the house of his body guard Noor Mohammed Azaad. They beat him up, killing his family. He is then thrown out from a moving jeep, after being questioned and tortured for hours. Noor is devastated at the loss of his family, but swears revenge and will not spare anyone who comes in his way. He then joins forces with the other terrorists. Soon the Home Minister comes to know of his intentions and is horrified at the turn of events. He then reinstates Arjun Singh Toofan back into the Indian Army. He is then reprimanded for not following through orders like always and suspended. Toofan however is furious and now decides to join the terrorists himself. However to prove his loyalty he must eliminate an important person in the Indian government.

 

The movie is directed by Deepak Balraj and produced by Rishikesh Dhari Sinha. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by Meeraq Mirza. The cinematography is by Sanjay Malwankar. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Gulshan Grover, Aditya Pancholi, Ravi Kishan, Deepen Vartak, Tej Sapru, Raja Duggal, Hemant Birje, Ali Khan, Mahesh Anand, Master Chirag, Shama Deshpande, Mahesh Agarwal, Ram Mohan, Sheetal Bedi, Girija Shankar, Mallika and Manvi Goswami.
