Bhiku lives with his wife Komulika in a village that is dominated by a tyrant Thakur who kills people and rapes women at his own whim and fancy. He is however, not held accountable for any crime that he has or will commit and that makes him all the more ferocious. Satyaprakash from a neighboring village meets Bhiku one day and he tell him how he has killed a similar tyrant from his own village, who dominated everyone and committed crimes like that.
Satyaprakash then tells Bhiku something that will change his life forever. He mentions a man he is going to meet at another distant village. This man will give him justice, all he has to do is ring a bell at his door. Meanwhile Bhiku is fighting a losing battle against Thakur as most of the people with him have been killed and he is left to fend for himself. To make matters worse, Thakur takes away Komulika too. Leaving no stone unturned now Bhiku goes to the distant village that Satyaprakash mentioned and rings the bell for justice.
The movie is directed by Anees Javed and produced by Suraj Productions International. The star cast of the movie includes Munsif Qureshi, Ruhi Resham Khan, Dhanraj Shah, Sanjay Kumar, Narayandas Pandey, Maya Yadav, Sanjay Ramnani, Archie Soni and Nilofer.
