Abhimanyu lives with his mother, father and an unmarried sister Tulsi in a village. They live a seemingly simple life. One day however, things don’t go as planned, as Tulsi is molested by the wealthy Ram’s son Pannalal. Tulsi is devastated and attempts suicide but Abhimanyu aka Manu saves her and demands to know who did this to her. On knowing about Pannalal, Manu keeps his cool and requests Pannalal to accept Tulsi as his wife. The latter however humiliates him and throws him out of his house. Tulsi and Manu along with their friend decide to avenge the brutal attack on the former. Tulsi dresses up as a modern girl and changes her accent to sound like a foreigner. Pannalal doesn’t recognize her and falls in love with her.

 

Soon Pannalal and Tulsi get married, where the former doesn’t know what he has gotten himself into. When Pannalal realizes the deceit he is furious and swears to avenge the insult. The film is directed by Tony Juneja and produced by Navjeevan Productions. The screenplay is written by Gyandev Agnihotri and the cinematography is by Jal Mistry. The star cast includes Anil Kapoor,Kimi Katkar and Poonam Dhillon.
