Adalat is an Emotional-Romantic Musical- Thriller Family Courtroom Drama Film crafted with excellence by Kalidas. The Story revolves around the life of Nirmala (played by Nargis)- A Sweet and beautiful girl living with her Widowed mother and studying arts in the college and fells in love with Rajen (played by Pradeep Kumar)- A Kind-Hearted lawyer and wanted to marry him- but their parents disagree of the relationship. However, when she worked at a School in front of a Brotherl- she got arrested for misunderstanding- but caused her Mother a Heart attack. However, Rajen married her secretly and went for studies abroad, leaving her and his Son alone in the world, leading to consequences.
