Based on the Quit India movement that happened in 1942, 'Ae Watan Mere Watan' is an homage to all the freedom fighters for their contribution to the freedom of India. Sara Ali Khan will enact the role of Dr. Usha Mehta in Ae Watan Mere Watan. Kannan Iyer will helm the movie.
