Arjun, played by Mithun Chakraborty has been an honest man all his life. He lives a middle class life with his widowed mother and three young sisters. They all work in a band and somehow manage to make ends meet. Soon Arjun happens to fall in love with a girl, who he later comes to know is the daughter of a reputed MLA. The police meanwhile one day come knocking on Arjun’s door and make false accusations against his family that they are sex workers. Arjun learns that the MLA is behind this false case and is infuriated. Meanwhile the MLA sexually molests his sisters and two of them commit suicide. He is devastated and seeks nothing more than revenge for his loss.
The film is directed by B Vijay Reddy and produced by Jawahar Kaul. The music is composed by Nikhil Vinay and the story and screenplay is written by Anwar Khan. The cinematography is by Ashok Rao and the choreography is by Nadeem. The star cast of the movie includes Mithun Chakraborty, Shashikala, Mallika, Deep shikha, Arjun,Vinita, Mahavir Shah, Deepak Shirke, Pramod Moutho, Jawahar Kaul, Raj Devgan, Asrani, Bharat Kapoor, Prem Chopra, Purnima Bhave and Pinky Chinoy.
