Albert Pinto runs a garage and thinks that if he emulates the rich and works hard he will surely be wealthy and gain success. He is told that the workers who go on strike are disrupting the business process and it is the sign of a lowly level employee. He is thus against it. Thinsg get out of hand when his own father who works in a mill is abused by some henchmen hired by the owner of mill. He then realizes that the problem isnt with the workers but is actually with the owners and capitalists. He is now angry at the Capitalists. The film is directed and produced by Saeed Akhtra Mirza. The music is composed by Manas Mukherjee. The star cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Dilip Dhawan, Shabana Azmi, Smita Patil, Satish Shah, Nitin Sethi, Om Puri, Sulbha Deshpande and Rohini Hattagandi.
