Anaarkali Of Aaraah is a 2017 film written and directed by debutant Avinash Das. The film starring Swara Bhaskar who plays the lead role .
The story is about small town erotic folk dancer, Anaarkali(essayed by Swara Bhaskar) who makes her living by performing on erotic songs in public functions and dances on songs with double meaning to entertain the public. However, her performance with the erotic songs does not go well with the vice chancellor Dharmendra Chauhan (Sanjay Mishra) with whom she has a confrontation in the film. He tries to molest her and holding his position of the power, he has an upper hand but Anarkali refuses to mellow down with the challenges thrown at her in her life. She instead fights it out.
