Vikram, played by Dino Morea is a wealthy businessman who visits Mumbai and asks for an escort who also becomes his secretary for the day. The escort in question is Jia, played by Minissha Lamba who isnt very confident at her job and Vikram senses this and helps her. Eventually they both fall in love and he asks her to marry him, and she gladly accepts. After the grand marriage, Jia moves into the huge mansion of Vikram and lives in luxury.
However, once their routine life begins, Jia gets an unsettling feeling when everyone in the house keeps talking about the dead ex-wife of Vikram. Jia fed up of hearing the rumors, tells everyone that she is the new Mrs and no one else. Later in a shocking twist his ex-wife’s body is found and Vikram is arrested. It is later revealed that his caretaker Malini had set him up because she was in love with him. She killed his ex-wife and put the blame on Vikram. Now as she is about to attack Jia the same way, is saved by Vikram and she herself falls into the fire created by her.
The movie is directed by Anant Mahadevan and produced by Bhanwar Lal Sharma. The music is composed by Anu Malik.
