Raja is an expect lock breaker. The notorious gangster Shera takes his help to break a safe for him. However when Raja breaks the lock, Shera shoots him with the intension of taking all the loot for himself. His third partner Gulshan double crosses them both and flees with the loot. Meanwhile inspector Ajay comes to the scene and arrests Shera as well as Raja who is gravely wounded. Shera somehow managed to escape prison and kidnaps Gulshan’s sister. Gulshan then takes revenge by notifying the police of Shera’s hideout. Inspector Ajay then takes help from a fellow officer Ravi and both join forces to get Shera alive. When he seems a hard cookie to crack, Ravi requests the release of Raja and both hunt for Shera. With some initial tiff, Raja and Ravi finally bond and manage to nab Shera. The film is directed by Raj N Sippy and produced by N C Sippy. The music is composed by R D Burman. The star cast includes Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Moon Moon Sen,Kim, Parikshit Sahni, GulshanD Grover, Danny Denzongpa and Kajal Kiran.
