In the palatial Moti Mahal two murders occur simultaneously. Meena who is the heir to the dead man’s legacy is still a minor and must be married to inherit everything in her name. Not only is she heart broken to hear about the inheritance but also that her father was brutally murdered by an unknown person. Meanwhile a man named Shankar comes from London claiming to be Meena’s husband. She proves that he is not married to her but he tries to convince her. Meena’s close friend Annette in London writes to her and reveals the true identity of Shankar and thus gets him arrested. She is now desperate to find out who killed her father. The film is directed by Basu Chatterjee and the music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Kiran Kumar, Abhji Bhattacharya, Yogitabali, Jayshree T, Anwar Hussain, Nazir Khan, Mukri, Tarun Ghosh, Helen and Leela Mishra.
