Rajkumar, played by Raja Bedi, is a womanizer and an arrogant man. He thinks he can get any women he wants because of his wealth and power. He thus uses women for his enjoyment and fun and then dumps them. However one day when he meets Damini, played by Sanober Kabir, he is besotted by her and falls in love with her. She is however a very simple and honest girl. She doesn’t care much for his wealth and riches. She marries the one she loves and that is Aakash, played by Vinay, who is an autorickshaw driver. Rajkumar is furious on learning this and hatches a plan to kill Aakash with the help of his friends.
After killing Damini’s husband Aakash, the group escapes. Damini is devastated and vows revenge for his death. She then meets an elderly rich man and seduces him to marry her. When she goes to his house, his son Rajkumar is shocked to see that the woman he loves has become his mother. The movie is directed and produced by Ajay Kashyap. The star cast includes Rajat Bedi, Sanober Kabir, Alok Nath, Vinay Anand, Kader Khan, Johnny Lever, Mushtaq Khan, Rana Jung Bahadur, Abhijit Kashyap, Sulakshna Khatri, Upasna Singh and Shardha Sharma. The music is composed by Akbar, Amar and Robin Chatterjee.
