Vijay is a wealthy industrialist who gets whatever he desires. One day he meets air hostessShivaji and falls head over heels in love with her. She however ignores his advances. He however continues to pursue her and is infatuated by her. Things take a turn for the worse when Shivani gets married to the love of her life Ashok. This is heart breaking for Vijay and he is unable to forget Shivani. After a few years Vijay befriends Ashok just to get close to Shivani. When she comes to know she tries to tell Ashok of his true intentions but he refuses to believe her. Sadly Ashok and Shivano have a fight and Vijay is enraged at this and he severely beats Ashok. He then takes away his oxygen mask and he dies.
Shivani is then framed for his murder and is sentenced to prison. Her daughter Pinky too is accidentally killed by Vijay but that accident also paralyzes him. While in prison, Shivani comes to know of her daughter’s death and the killer. Once released from prison she works to take care of a paralyzed Vijay. One day when he completely recovers, she stabs him to death. The movie is directed by Rahul Rawail and produced by Maharukh Johki and Rita Rawail. The music is composed by AnandMilind and the lyrics are written by Sameer and Indeevar. The screenplay is written by Sutanu Gupta. The star cast includes Shahrukh Khan,Deepak Tijori, Madhu Dixit, Johny Lever,Ghanshyam,Jugnu,Kiran Kumar,Dinesh Hingoo,Tinnu Anand, Beena Banerjee, Kalpana Lyer, Himani Shivpuri and Sudha Chandran.
