Kriparam is a widower and lives a comfortable life in Bombay. He is however getting old and wants someone to care for him. His son Ajay and wife live separately and visit him often but those visits have now started getting fewer. Ajay soon has to go abroad for a few months and asks an honest government official Ram Mohan, along with his family, to live with his dad without any rent, provided his dad is well looked after. Ram Mohan agrees and moves in with his family. When Ajay returns to Bombay after a few days he pays a visit to his father and is shocked at what he sees. He comes to know that his father had a massive heart attack and was hospitalized, now is recuperating at home. Ram Mohan on the other hand has been arrested for taking a bribe. Ajay wonders if his father had anything to do with the turn of events.
The film is directed by Diljit Singh. The star cast includes Shekhar Suman, Vasantsena and Ashok Kumar.
