15 year old Scarlett Keeling was a picture of youth, fun and adventure as she had lived in Goa for a while and had befriended many people there. She used to frequent the Anjuna beach in North Goa where she came to party with her friends. One day her friends noticed her missing and went looking for her and later tragically found her dead. At first it looked like a case of drowning but the various loopholes in the case and the unanswered questioned left everyone baffled and confused.
Later her mother files a case of murder and wrongdoing after she suspects two beach shack owners of foul play, who she learns had recently befriended Scarlett. The CBI later starts a probe into the case that leaves everyone shocked at the happenings in a seemingly peaceful place like Goa.
The movie is directed by Shakeel and produced by Sikandar Khan. The star cast includes Farah Naaz, Nataliya Kozhenova, Amita Nagia, Ansh Rajput, Afsar Khan, Ramesh Goel, Kavita Chauhan, Sareen Khan and Farahnaz Khan. The music is composed by Sunil Patni, while the screenplay and dialogues are by Shakeel S Saifee.
