Deputy superintendent of police Bhagat Singh, played by Om Puri is an honest and tough cop. His diligence and honesty has brought him on the wrong side of criminals and mafia dons. Thus he gets transferred to Mumbai with pressure from the underworld on the higher authorities. There too he makes sure law is not misused and makes up his mind to reform the cops so they do their job well and not letting any criminal or don get away with illegal activities. Again his efforts cause a hindrance for the criminals and they get Bhagat transferred to Kashmir, where he will be shown dead by the terrorists.
Bhagat later comes in contact with a suspended cop named Sukhdev and also gang leader Rajnath Guru. Together they try and fight injustice and crime in the city to eliminate it from the core. The underworld will be shaken up when all of them join forces to stop their businesses. The movie is directed by Rajan Johri and produced by Suresh Sharma. The music is composed by Nadeem–Shravan, Nadeem Saifee, Anjan Biswas. The cinematography is by V Subbarao. The choreography is by Jay Borade, Ganesh Acharya, Rikki James.
