Ranjit Saxena is a wealthy and arrogant man. He lives in a huge palatial mansion with his wife, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and sister Sapna. He would like his sister Sapna to marry his business partner’s son. But little does he know that Sapna is already in love with an ordinary car mechanic Ram, and is going to marry him soon. When Ranjit hears this he is furious. He asks his sister to forget Ram but she is clear that she will only marry him. He then invites Ram to his mansion, only to humiliate and abuse him. He then offers him a hefty amount to leave his sister alone, but he refuses the money.
Ranjit in a desperate attempt, asks his business partner to kill Ram. This turns horribly wrong, as Sapna comes in the way to save him and gets killed herself. Ram is devastated and vows never to marry. He now looks after his young brother, who soon graduates from college. He is now in love with a girl called Divya. Ram is happy for his brother and goes to meet Divya’s parents and to his surprise, she too belongs to the Saxena family. The movie is directed by Arshad Khan and produced by Manisha Vimal. The music is composed by Adesh Shrivastava and the lyrics are written by Shyam Raj, Dev Kohli, Yogesh Gaud and Madan Pal. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Shilpa Shirodkar, Irfan Kamal, Raza Murad, Shakti Kapoor,Yunus Perwaiz,Mushtaq Khan,Aarif Shaikh,Tej Sapru, Avtar Gill, Raju Shrehtha, Mac Mohan, Govind, Ankita Nigam, Reema Lagoo, Kunika, Ayesha Julka and Sonali Bendre.
