Arzoo is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Shaheed Latif. The Story revolves around the life of Badal (played by Dilip Kumar)- A kind and fun-loving boy- who fells in love with his childhood sweetheart- Kammo (played by Kamini Kaushal)- a sweet girl and they wanted to marry each other. However, her father disagrees with him and wanted him to achieve something in life and he sets on the path to move to a city and become a successful man for her love. However, his house turns on fire and everyone presumed he is dead- but he joins the Indian Army and returned to the village and fell in shock-when he comes to know Kammo married Thakur- a wealthy man, and in revenge- he starts dating Thakur's sister, leading to consequences.
