The story of Ashok Chakra revolves around the horrific terror attacks that took place on 26th November in Mumbai. It showcases how different governments are trying to nab the mass manufacture and export of suicide bombs all over the world. Hundreds of people lost their lives due to suicide bombers that infiltrated the civilians in the city by way of the sea.
One such suicide bomber named Assab was captured by the Mumbai police and taken into remand for questioning and knowing their intensions. After many years in jail, the accused finally meets his fate when law takes its true course. The movie is directed by S P Muneshwar and produced by Hariom Sharma, Anand Pandhare and Sugathan Sathamcotta. The star cast includes Rajan Verma, Mushtaq Khan, Aroon Bakshi, Shiva, Aashish Vidyarthi, Avtar Gill, Sudesh Berry, Homi Wadia, Amit Behl, Ashok Samarth, Adi Irani, Ehsaan Khan and Manini Mishra.
The music is composed by Aroon Bakshi and the cinematography is done by Najeeb Khan. The story of the movie is written by Sartaaj Maani.
