Underworld don Baba Baldev dies of a heart attack and leaves diamonds worth $200 mn to be distributed between his son Vikrant, son in law Guru and daughter Preeti. However Vikrant is cunning and greedy and wants to eliminate Guru out of his way. So he falsely frames Guru in the murder of the home minister. This puts Guru in trouble and he flees to the US to avoid being prosecuted. There he lives next to Anmol and his family. They recognize Guru and realize a big reward will be offered for giving information on his whereabouts. So Anmol’s mother-in-law asks him and her husband to go to India and tell the authorities about Guru and collect the reward. However instead of a reward, they come back with Yeda Anna and Chota Chattri who want to kill Guru.
They later learn that Yeda Anna was working for Guru as he paid him more money. When Vikrant and Preeti arrive, Vikrant is kidnapped. They learn that he isn’t the real Vikrant, the real one will arrive later. They kill the duplicate. Preeti and Guru reach the back to collect the diamonds, just then the real Vikrant comes and tries to kill Guru, but Guru kills him instead. Anmol falls in love with Preeti and Anmol’s wife falls in love with Yeda Anna.
The movie is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Firoz. A Nadiadwala. The music is composed by Anu Malik.
