Anita lives an abusive life with her ruthless uncle and one day escapes his clutches and lands up taking a ride in a jeep full of 4 men who try to molest her. When they reach Srinagar, her cry for help is heard by Kishan who is an employee at a gas station. He Rescues Anita and comes to know her tragic story, thus giving her shelter in her house. Soon Anita and Kishan fall in love and get married. Meanwhile one of her molesters Naag Raj molests Kishan’s sister Rashmi. He is unable to bear this and kills one of the men. The cops arrest Kishan and he is sentenced to several years in prison. This leaves his wife Anita who is now pregnant to fend for herself. She attempts to commit suicide but is saved by a kind police officer named Ranjit, who later marries her. Anita gives birth to a baby boy and named him Vicky.
Vicky grows up and falls in love with Sonam. One night Anita wakes up to see a man pointing the gun at Ranjit. She later realizes that it is non other than her ex husband Kishan who is now out of jail. The film is directed by Mehul Kumar and produced by Sujit Kumar and R A Singh. The music is composed by Rajesh Roshan. The star cast includes Ajitesh, Sadashiv Amrapurkar and Raj Babbar.
