Neha Chopra, played by Karisma Kapoor is a successful interior designer who goes to Nainital on an assignment. Meanwhile the town is terrorized by a killer who is a psychopath, killing beautiful young girls randomly. Neha moves to a isolated neighborhood in Nainital to pursue her career seriously and work on her assignment. Meanwhile Neha meets a young and handsome man named Raj Singh, played by Dino Morea. They both become close. However the cops in the area inform Neha that Raj maybe the killer but she has serious doubts on the cops allegations.
Police officer Harshvardhan, played by Sunil Shetty, meets Neha and shows her the condition of a victims sister who has witnessed a murder and is in coma due to the shock. However Neha wants to find out the real truth. Raj helps her in her endeavor and protects her. Turns out that officer Harshvardhan is the real killer.
The movie is directed and produced by Tinnu Verma. The music is composed by Ismail Darbar. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Sunil Shetty, Karishma Kapoor, Preeti Jhangiani, Aditi Gowitrikar, Vivek Shaqu, Razak Khan, Master Kashish, Suresh Bhagwat, Sushani Mulay and Pushpa Verma.
