Babu is a hitman living in Uttar Pradesh. He is known to have never missed a target and makes clear cut shots without any fuss. He is given a target by politicians Dubey and Jiji, to kill each other’s rivals. One day when Babu is on his way to kill a target given by Jiji, he sees Phulwa, a local cobbler girl. He is immediately besotted by her beauty and outspokenness. He tries to impress her but she rejects him. He kills his target and escapes. The cops question Phulwa but she refuses to divulge anything she saw. Babu meanwhile confronts her and she says that the man he killed had raped her along with his two brothers. If he can kill the other two as well, she will be his forever. Babu thus kills them too and falls into the bad books of Jiji who wanted an alliance with the two brothers.
Later is it revealed that Phulwa has Babu’s child and they live happily. But she is not faithful to him and fell in love with a man called Bakey. Babu comes to know of her betrayal and kills Bakey as well as Phulwa. He raises the child himself, who one day comes to kill him too. The film is directed by Kushan Nandy and produced by Pritish Nandy. The story and screenplay of the film is written by Ghalib Asad Bhopali. The star cast includes Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bidita Bag, Jatin Goswami, Anil George, Bhagwan Tiwari, Jeetu Shivhare, Murli Sharma, Sachin Chaubey, Shraddha Das and Divya Dutta.
