Rukhmini, played by Rekha is in her late 40’s and unmarried. She lives a very simple life with her orphaned niece Padmini, played by Mallika Sherawat. To live a better and more comfortable life Rukhmini decides she needs more money and thus takes the help of Padmini to think of a fool proof plan to become rich. Together they device an evil plan to seduce wealthy men of all ages and run off with their riches after they fall for them. Their plan works beautifully and amass a lot of wealth. Meanwhile Padmini ends up falling in love with one of the victims, a young man called Raghu, played by Karan Khanna.
Unable to go on conning people anymore, Padmini decides to stop the heist. Rukhmini however, has some loans to pay off and cannot do this alone on her own accord. She thus makes the situation difficult for Padmini to leave, where she has to sacrifice her love and re-join her aunt in the madness. The movie is directed by Govind Menon and produced by Vijay Galani and Rahul Sughand. The music is composed by Anu Malik.
