Badal, played by Bobby Deol witnesses his entire family being killed in a village massacre as a child, by a corrupt police officer named Jaisingh. He then becomes a dreaded terrorist and swears to take revenge for his family’s death. Badal then goes to a small town and meets a kind and compassionate police officer named Ranjeet, who takes him under his wings and guides him. Rani, played by Rani Mukerjee meets Badal and falls in love with his eccentric personality. Ranjeet’s family considers Badal as a son and this makes him emotional as he has been away from the love and emotions of a real family.

 

Badal’s true identity is then revealed to Ranjeet and this upsets him. However Badal is now hell bent on taking his revenge on Jaisingh and avenging his family’s murder. The movie is directed by Raj Kanwar and produced by Salim Akhtar
and Shama Akhtar. The music is composed by Anu Malik. The cinematography is by Harmeet Singh.
