Ram, played by Suniel Shetty, is an honest police inspector, who keeps his word. His wife Mantara is money crazy and wants to get rich by any means quickly. Ram is fed up of her obsession and they quarrel very often on the matter. Not seeing Ram’s job as any way of making good money, she forces him to buy a lottery ticket, in hopes of wining big. Ram then goes to a restaurant and pays for his food but realizes he has no money left to tip the waitress Piya, played by Priya Gill. He then gets embarrassed and promises her half the money from his lottery win. To his surprise Ram wins the lottery.
Matara is over the moon on learning the news. However when he comes to know that half the money was promised to Piya she is furious. She will not have her money given to anyone else. Ram however is a man of his word and will make sure he doesn’t break his promise at any cost. Piya and Ram meanwhile get close. The movie is written, directed and produced by Shakeel Noorani. The music is composed by Adesh Shrivastava. The cinematography is by Dinesh Telkar. The star cast includes Paresh Rawal, Satish Kaushik, Ranjeet, Baby Erum, Sachin Khedekar, Raju Kher, Bibran, Shadab Noorani, Raju Srivastav, Archana Puran Singh, Guddi Maruti, Preeti Joshi and Baby Sana.
