Baghban is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Melodrama Film crafted with excellence by Abdul Rashid Kardar. The Story revolves around the life of Saroop (played by B. Nandrekar)- a kind man- a disciple of Saint- who was removed from his ashram after he gets into a misunderstanding and police arrested him for it- but he proves his innocence. He meets with Durga (played by Bimla Kumari)- a sweet girl of Police official- but her marriage was conducted in her childhood and Ranjit (played by Yakub)- an evil man wants her love and causes trouble to her- but fate plays its role, leading to consequences.
